Privacy Policy

What is true about information on BeetleStack today, and what will change if we add data-enabled features later.

Last updated September 9, 2026

BeetleStack is currently a blog and articles website. We are not running user accounts, behavioral analytics, advertising profiles, or a data-driven product at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy before the new feature begins collecting or using personal information.

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how BeetleStack handles information when you visit this website, read an article, or contact the team. It describes the site as it operates today and sets clear expectations for future changes.

2. Information we collect today

You can read the blog without creating an account or submitting personal information. We do not currently operate user profiles, advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or a data-driven customer database.

If you voluntarily email us or use a contact or feedback form, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, and message. We use it only to read and respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information through a public form or ordinary email.

3. Hosting and technical delivery

The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, and security signals, to deliver pages, protect the site from abuse, and provide its infrastructure services. BeetleStack does not use that information to build advertising profiles.

Connections to the site use TLS encryption provided through the hosting and delivery setup. Encryption protects information in transit; it does not make any online service completely risk-free.

4. Local storage and cookies

The site may use browser local storage to remember your display theme. That preference stays in your browser and is not used by BeetleStack to identify you. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. What may change later

We may later introduce features such as subscriptions, accounts, feedback tools, or other product experiences. Those features may need information such as an email address, account details, submitted content, or basic usage information to work.

Before introducing collection for a new feature, we will update this policy to explain what is collected, why it is needed, who processes it, how long it is kept, and what choices you have. Where required, we will also ask for consent or provide an appropriate opt-out.

6. Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Today, information you send us is shared only as needed to operate the site, protect it, respond to you, comply with law, or handle a future feature described in an updated policy. We keep information only for as long as there is a reasonable operational, legal, or support need, then delete or anonymize it where practical.

7. Your choices

You can choose not to submit personal information and can use the blog without an account. If you have contacted us and want us to correct or delete the information in your message, email hello@beetlestack.com. We will consider requests in light of applicable law and records we reasonably need to keep.

8. Children

BeetleStack is a general-audience blog and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy when the site or its data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be reflected in a revised policy before the related feature or collection practice is introduced.

10. Contact

Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@beetlestack.com.

This is a plain-language privacy notice. It is not legal advice and may need to be expanded as BeetleStack introduces new services.
